Description: Memorial plaque on the north wall of the chancel, consisting of a plain stone tablet mounted on a black background slab, and surmounted by a semicircle containing a weeping tree bending over. Adjoining is another stone commemorating Eleanor, his wife. Their actual graves rest under the left centre of the chancel floor, under the altar table, and these are marked by two brass plates inset into a York stone slab.

Dimensions: Memorial plaque: approx 40 cm × 35 cm
Brass plate: 15 cm × 11 cm.
